Helen's 2nd Birthday Party

She's TWO

Our Helen Gracie Rae is 2 and woke up in a great mood! Here she is on her birthday morning being her happy little self. She is a peanut still. 25th in weight and 5th in hight. She is funny and smart and kind and spirited and strong. She lights up the room. She takes my breath away. Happy Birthday Baby Girl! 

Tooth fairy came to Croatia!

Yesterday (Feb 4th 2015 ) at 6 1/2 years old, Adam lost his first tooth. We were lucky to have the baby teeth this long but I am still having a hard time saying goodbye to that adorable smile with the tiny little baby teeth, knowing the awkwardness that follows with mismatched big teeth that don't quite fit in there :( He's growing up too fast for my liking.... But Adam was certainly excited and couldn't wait for the tooth fairy to come.  Aaron and I weren't really prepared and only had a 100 Kuna to put under his pillow (20$) which is a bit ridiculous I think, but we didn't have much choice.

Suzie the Pony

Every Saturday Adam gets to take care of Suzie, the cutest Pony in the world. He helps clean and brush her and then gets to go ride her on a long walk through the woods. He is in heaven when he's there. I have never seen Adam so happy! Helen likes it at the stables because she can watch the horses and ponies and there are a ton of puppies running around.
